Digitalize your service process with Handyman

1. Create orders in Dynamics 365 Business Central as usual. You can work with sales orders,service orders or projects

2. Optional:Start the Resource Planner in Handyman Office to schedule the job for one or more technicians via drag & drop
3. Your service technicians document their work in Handyman Mobile:
  • Time and expense recording
  • Recording of material consumption with/without stock
  • Fill individual checklists, forms and protocols
  • Mobile photo documentation
  • Mobile signatures
  • Generation of a digital service report for the customer
  • Insight into the service history of the service items
4. Optional:Validate and approve entries made on the mobile device in Handyman Office or in Business Central

5. The entries recorded in Handyman (e.g. material consumption, work types recorded) are transferred directly back to Business Central - ready for booking and invoicing
