The solution makes archiving and managing your documents convenient and simple.
All documents can be archived with a few mouse clicks, automatically full-text indexed and, if required, classified without any further action on your part. Using intelligent template recognition, ecoDMS determines the document affiliation and links the files with the correct data record in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
In order to use the solution you need an ecoDMS installation version 16.09 (elenor) or 18.09 (apu). As the ecoDMS user license is very inexpensive (one-time 89 Euro per user) you get an easy entry into the world of digitized documents.
