Maintenance of Service Items is an application that has been developed for companies that need to thoroughly and clearly monitor maintenance processes on a wide range of maintenance items. This means that with the help of this module it is possible not only to keep records of maintenance items, individual interventions associated with them and other necessary information, but also to plan maintenance orders in detail, monitor their progress and control the utilization of individual resources assigned to the maintenance order. . The subject of maintenance can be machine centers, tools, molds, gauges, resources, fixed assets, etc. The subject of maintenance is an entity that enters into a regular (in case of irregular failure) maintenance process. Each maintenance item contains lines that can represent division into sub (no longer divisible) units. The individual lines are assigned to the technological maintenance procedures, which define the process of maintenance of partial parts. Each line contains information about the Last Maintenance Date and the Start Condition Code using which the Next Maintenance Date or Counter Status and Next Counter Status or both are calculated (depending on the type of start condition). Each maintenance item tab contains notes and default dimension settings.
