PI Explorer for SharePoint

The PI Explorer for SharePoint offers a robust and reliable foundational technology for conveniently integrating Microsoft SharePoint into the ERP application Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The solution provides the technical basis and the corresponding pages for displaying the content required to establish the connection between the ERP system and the SharePoint

PI Explorer for SharePoint provides a user-friendly interface to directly access folders and files (e.g. project files) in Microsoft SharePoint. In addition to (read) access, the app also enables the required files to be downloaded – all within the familiar Business Central environment.

This means that files do not have to be downloaded locally from SharePoint and uploaded to Business Central for further processing. Lengthy upload processes are therefore no longer necessary.

With PI Explorer for SharePoint, files can be accessed quickly and easily after a one-time setup, without having to leave the Business Central environment.

The corresponding files can then be further processed in various processes in Business Central.
