Integrate payment solutions and invoicing in an easy and intuitive app

FarPay connects Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to payment solutions and delivery channels in an easy and simple way. Complex and manual processes are eliminated when:

- Invoices, credit notes, reminders and bank statements are sent.

- Automatic payments (direct debit) are charged.

- Payment information is received, loaded and posted.

FarPay extension for Business Central digitizes and automates debtor accounting in one simple user-friendly solution. All incoming and outgoing deliveries are controlled by the solution and it is integrated with several payment solutions, which ensures customers a good payment experience. FarPay ensures a very simple and efficient work process in Business Central. You can choose between:

Benefits and Key Features

Invoice and payment agreement

When paying by card, a customer can quickly pay the invoice by simply entering the card information and press pay. In addition, the customer has the option of signing up for an automatic payment agreement, so that subsequent invoices are always automatically deducted from the payment card.

When an invoice is to be paid automatically, the customer is always notified of the payment at least 5 days before the amount is deducted.

Once the payment has been completed, this is stamped with FarPay and we return the payment back to your accounts in the form of a cash journal, endorsed by the customer and the invoice in question.

If a customer has accumulated an excessive debt, you can offer the customer a repayment scheme with which the debt can be repaid in affordable instalments.

instalments can also be used in connection with the sale of goods and services, where you can offer the customer to repay the invoice amount in instalments.

Smart email and reminders system 

Invoice is sent by email and tracked all the way to your customer's inbox. You can easily keep track of whether the customer has read the email, whether the invoice has been paid and much more. FarPay can send friendly reminders via email to those customers who have not paid their invoices on time.
