Steel 365 Continia

Steel 365 Continia is a small add-on for Steel 365 and Continia Document Capture that optimizes the use of Continia Document Capture for Steel 365.

The app includes the following adjustments:

• When matching purchase invoices, surcharge lines are also retrieved.
• Added price per unit, kg and meter in the factbox: Purchase Line FactBox (9100, CardPart).
• Approval workflow code added to the purchase credit memo header.
• In the page 'CDS Purch. Invoice Math Subp', the fields "Line costs" and "Total line cost amount" have been added.
• When matching purchase orders in document capture, it now uses 'received quantity * unit price per price unit' (so, received KG * unit price per kg, if price unit is KG; likewise for MTR), instead of 'received quantity * unit price in pieces'. As a result, in document capture the 'difference' will still be visible, but the matching is made automatically. This difference can be shown, as it simply represents the variance between expected kg and actual kg.
