With DYCE Cockpit, Business Central users always see all the information they need at a glance.
With DYCE Cockpit, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users can display individual cues directly in the role center. In these cues, users can display any information from the entire ERP system and filter it according to their own needs.
Use Cases
1) In the sales process, a sales quotation is created when a certain status is reached. The sales person responsible is assigned during the process. The sales team members want to see the quotations for which they are responsible.
2) One of the tasks of the internal sales team is to create invoices for delivered orders. For this purpose, the internal sales team members need an indicator that shows them which ordered items have been delivered. However, the internal sales team does not create each invoice individually, but uses batch processing for this purpose due to time constraints. At least three orders should be processed at once. At the same time, however, the team members are urged not to leave too many orders unbilled.
3) The sales team monitors the validity of quotes to follow up on old quotes without a response. For this purpose, the sales team has created a cue. The cue shows all their quotes that exceed the entered validity within a week. This way, they avoid overlooking a quote and losing a potential deal.
