Key Features and Benefits

• Automatic linking of Blanket Orders to Sales Order Lines: Save time and reduce errors with automatic matching of blanket orders to sales orders lines. The app ensures all relevant criteria are met, and the oldest matching Blanket Order is selected, simplifying the order process.

• Set a period for your Sales Blanket Orders: Set a active period for your Blanket Orders. This ensures that sales order can’t be linked if their document date does not match the period you set on Blanket Orders.

• Total Quantity Linked to a Blanket Order: Blanket Order lines now show the quantity that is linked to Sales Orders but are not invoiced yet. Sales Order Line show much quantity is still available on the Blanket Order. This feature provides transparency and helps prevent over-ordering.

• Multiple Customers on one Blanket Order: Make your Blanket Orders more flexible by adding more than one customer to a Blanket Order. This integrates with the automatic linking functionality so multiple customers can use the same Blanket Order.

• Price Flexibility: Introduce a Boolean option to decide whether sales order prices should be overwritten by blanket order prices. Business Central always takes the price from a Blanket Order. You can now turn this function off for Blanket Orders so your normal price settings are used.
