VisionExpense

VisionExpense is an integration app that facilitates seamless connectivity with Pleo and Acubiz.

With VisionExpense, all employee expenses can be imported from Pleo or Acubiz into Business Central, where a general journal is automatically created. The supporting documentation submitted by employees in the expense applications is fully accessible within Business Central. This documentation is stored as Incoming Documents and is directly viewable in both the general journal and the general ledger entries.

The app also allows you to map dimensions from the expense systems to corresponding Business Central dimensions, ensuring accurate and efficient data alignment.

Integration Details:

• Acubiz Integration: Utilizes SFTP for secure data transfer.

• Pleo Integration: Leverages the Pleo API (requires an advanced subscription with Pleo).
