HC365 is a new generation of business solutions for human capital management. Honoraria module concerns the employee service in the area of hard HR. The Honoraria module is an integral part of the D365 for F&O and is used for payroll settlement and human resources management in compliance with the polish legal regulations. Thanks to the flexibility of the solution it is possible to quickly adapt to the changing law and customers’ expectations. Through integration with other Microsoft components it provides users with intelligent and comprehensive tools for human capital management.

Employee’s dashboard

A solution for improving the efficiency of everyday work. The dashboard presents the most important tasks and includes a list of topics that are defined by time regimes, e.g. termination of a contract. 

Employee’s personal data

It contains all the necessary data required to handle the HR services. After registering data in the system, HC365 enables automatic management, actualization, generation of documents required by Social Insurance Fund.


The employment information file contains info necessary from the point of view of data processing in payroll operations.

Absence and working hours

Recording employees’ working hours and absence with applicable limits, planning and registration of the working time in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Labour Law, transmission of data for the settlement of working time.


Payroll is an extended functional part of the system used to calculate the salaries of employees in accordance with applicable laws and company’s regulations. HC365 automatically collects all the necessary data, e.g. information on wages, individual components, deductions, working hours, absences, tax information, bank information, etc. The calculated and verified payroll automatically goes to the general ledger accounts on the basis of the agreed accounting schemes. After that, it is possible to automatically generate transfers for employees. It also handles tax returns.
