CEM has developed a performance management add-on in the form of Performance Planning and Performance Appraisal. These process can be found in Human Resource module in Dynamics 365 for Operations.
Performance management process is an annual appraisal framework which gives the employee and management the ability to forecast goals and organizational categories. This will help the organization to rate its employees' on an annual basis. Period for planning, interim and appraisal can be setup according to the organization's need. These periods are flexible and can be altered when required.
It is a process of creating evaluation type, rating master and category master which in-turn are mapped to the employee's job to assign them the categories according to the cadre.
Both employee and supervisor's input are driven to calculate the weightage, based on which the HR can assess the appraisal terms separately which will be out of Dynamics 365 for Operations.
