Effortless BOM Generation and Seamless Portal Experience

What do you like best about the product?
The first aspect that impressed me was the BOM generation, as it quickly creates both the bill of materials and the production routing instructions. I also appreciated the setup for the best client, which highlights how effective the portal is. With in-house procurement teams and easy accessibility, the portal stands out as a strong feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I saw as negative was the flexibility of the ruleset and the display capabilities need a lot of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Experlogix has helped resolve issues in our quoting cycle, enhanced the efficiency of handoffs, ensured greater accuracy, and increased our sales velocity. It has also significantly sharpened our strategic focus. I am pleased with the results so far and hope Experlogix continues to perform at this level.

Fast, Accurate Quotes and CRM Integration, But Setup Can Be Complex

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how quickly and accurately quotes are generated, which plays a vital role in speeding up the sales process. In addition, the seamless native integration with the CRM system is highly advantageous.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the initial product rules can be quite complicated, and maintaining the system adds a considerable operational expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Experlogix CPQ, our customer experience has greatly improved, as clients now receive professional, prompt, and accurate quotes. This enhancement has enabled us to speed up the sales cycle, allowing us to close more deals in less time, while also eliminating issues related to pricing and discounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Lets sales teams and customers configure complex products and services without errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
difficult and time-consuming implementation, with complexity at nearly every turn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless, out-of-the-box integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and NetSuite, supporting smooth data flow between sales and backend systems. Enables automation of BOMs, routings, and documentation for streamlined fulfillment.

Highly configurable and customizable to a high degree

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has a lot of solid functionality out of the box, it has all the products well organized for users. It offers out of the box features for product selection, I love the ability to integrate the solution with other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates are a real pain, processing time is too long. There is little flexibility interms of changes we may need, sometimes I feel overwhelmed when looking for helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates well with our current custom platform, has advanced pricing functionality. We used a handy procedure to set up items, it does an absolutely amazing job setting up complex products.

Great flexibility to find relevant services to meet your needs

What do you like best about the product?
You can improve sales with the ease of the platform, it allows us to have a single source for obtaining quotes from all operators. The integration has been excellent in allowing us to share our data, it gives us to possibility of having immediate access to information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface takes some getting used to, and its quality depends on the information provided by the different companies. I wish there was an easier way to sort and filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their tools are designed to fit different industries, it's a great all-in-one quoting tool. It helps my team find facilities faster, it's been instrumental in us having an online portal.

The platform is easy to learn and provides a flexible path to creating CPQ products

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that the level of automation and support for third-party tools met all of our requirements for Experlogix CPQ. The support was prompt and professional. There were no questions that were too many and there was always a good solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it can be difficult to manage custom software. Also, there is an incredible amount of detail in the system and it can be a bit overwhelming for a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its great ability to run queries on a database configuration to find various information is a huge advantage. Plus it gives me tons of functionality, there is always a way to achieve the configuration rules or goal you are trying to achieve without the need to customize the software.

The software itself is able to adapt to all kinds of situations

What do you like best about the product?
Their out-of-the-box solution is feature rich, has the versatility to create a robust CPQ platform. I like the ability to drive consistency throughout our process, the training the provided me was fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have the option to manually enter your own code, sometimes the setups can take a while to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
He showed us how to solve the problems on our own, we can use virtualization to help production. We have received constant support to learn what the program does, the platform is very robust and we can build a process.

System administration and customization does not require extensive programming experience

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the quick setup and detailed quote document for our products. Also, Experlogix CPQ allows the company I work for to drill down into pricing details. The bid manager is helpful in keeping track of our negotiated discounts and ways to improve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the tool could be updated during downtime to allow for seamless interaction with the and user. I also think it needs the ability to "auto-save" ongoing quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Experlogix CPQ's ability to understand my product configurations and pricing complexities has saved us several thousand dollars a year. Additionally, it is very helpful to have a quote via bid configuration automatically entered into our system.

The product adapts to out needs, desires and requirements

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because the system makes quoting and communication between our departments easier. With Experlogix CPQ we have been able to raise the bar and offer more value with our personalized yet efficient quotes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say, everything is working very well. It is easy to start using and very easy for the user to learn, both in terms of service and in terms of understanding the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good support to rely on for calculations. I really enjoy the user-friendly interface and also the level of service that Experlogix CPQ provides. It also saves us a lot of time by not having to make error-prone copies of data between different spreadsheets.

The system is well maintained for the user to use

What do you like best about the product?
It provides an excellent service to implement the product, we can easily integrate advanced analytics. I like the ease of use of this program, it has many applications that we use. It is used daily to track information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a problem with the communication of the devices, there may be some confusing issues at different times. The speed is a little slow sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their customer service has been a very pleasant experience, it allows you to have a real field in which you can develop your skills. This software allowed everyone to place orders easily, I think this product is amazing.
