The AIM App is an advanced Asset & Inventory Management solution designed to enhance your organization’s operational efficiency. This app streamlines the maintenance and management of office assets by acting as a centralized repository, providing a comprehensive tracking system for all assets within the organization.

Pre-requisites for Installation:

• The account being used to install the app has the System Customizer role assigned.
• The user has a basic knowledge of Power Automate Flows and Power Apps.
• A Microsoft Office 365 E3 license which includes Power Platform and all other Office 365 apps is required.
• A Power Apps 30-day trial is needed to run the deployment flow.
• Our solution uses six connectors: SharePoint Connector, Microsoft Dataverse Connector, Microsoft Entra ID Connector, Office 365 Outlook Connector, Office 365 Users Connector, and Power Apps for Makers.
