What i like the best about docusign is that how fast and easy it makes the signing and sending documents. The platform is intuitive and interface is simple and clean. Its especially helpful when dealing with time sensitive agreements or working remotely.

On the downside I've found with Docusign is that the pricing can be bit steep for the smaller business and individuals.More amazing features are available on higher tier plans.

Docusign solves the problem of slow, Paper based signing. It allows me to sign and send documents quickly from anywhere, saving time and improving efficiency, especially for remote work.

Docusign gives me the ability to send anything and everything we need for the hiring and HR process to be signed by needed parties. It is tracked and sends reminders when there are pending items, which takes that off my plate. Easy to then download when complete and save!

Easy to have all parties needed sign, no need for paper docs to scan or Adobe which gets tricky.

Docusign is THE document management system. Everyone knows and trusts it . The tools it has are great. It was relatively easy to set up and does exactly what we need.

I doubt anyone at Docusign has ever had to use it on a daily basis. Everything from logging on to the App are painful and hard. It's not something you're going to look forward to. So many things you can't do on the App, or if you can it's so unfathomable I've not been able to fathom it. I get an email saying someone has completed a form... but who? that's a secret apparently. I have to open the PDF to find out. Hang on - I've got 50 here, just talk among yourselves will. you while I open 50 PDF. Nearly there...

Saves me writing a bit of code to take a postscript template, personalise it and email it out.

The ease of being able to create documents and place the fields. I like that you can correct the form and resend and not lose all your information.

Only thing I have noticed is that when it ask for initials it pulls the first 2 letters of the first name. I need to see if I can correct this in settings.

I have not had any issues to solve

It is simple to use and is highly user friendly. Even if you are not registered user and someone adds them as signer using their email address they will get the link to validate the document and provide signature along with required fields that is setup by initiator and it cost less then other users. I use it on a daily basis to get contracts signed by both my company and vendor. We have also integrated the DocuSign with ARIBA so that once the document is signed a repository will create in ARIBA .

The reporting feature can be enhanced and more fields can be added like filter by signatory.

The main problem which has been address by toll is ease of e-signature and if the signer is not available then ease of re-assignment to new signatory. Even it let add anyone using their email address as signatory even if they don't have access to docusign.
