DocuSign for Word
by DocuSign, Inc.
Enhance productivity by electronically signing or sending any document from Microsoft Word
Save time by signing or sending documents for eSignature without ever leaving Microsoft Word! With this newest release, you can now access the DocuSign for Word add-in directly from the ribbon – allowing you to request signatures or sign and return critical documents in seconds.
After editing a document, you can use the DocuSign add-in to securely sign a document yourself, or send the document to someone else to complete and sign. Use DocuSign’s simple drag and drop functionality to specify tags where recipients need to sign or provide information, or add your own signature.
Once the document is complete, you can choose to email a completed copy of the signed documents, automatically save them in DocuSign, or set up your organization to save to a central location for easy access. Manage your documents with confidence knowing that DocuSign meets eSignature legal standards and your documents are kept secure with the industry leader in Digital Transaction Management.
This add-in is free to download and includes a free trial (i.e., 5 free document sends with a Microsoft account and 10 free document sends with an Office 365 account). After using your free signature requests, you can contact a sales representative to discuss the best options for you and your business at 1.877.720.2040, firstname.lastname@example.org or visit https://www.docusign.com.
