With ShareControl Contract for Microsoft 365, you collect all company-wide agreements in one place with SharePoint. You will also get a complete overview of all your contractual obligations and financial consequences contained in the contacts. Take advantage of the Microsoft platform by setting up visualized reports in Microsoft Power BI or set up custom notifications via Power Automate.

The ShareControl Contract is installed on your existing Microsoft 365 subscription, so that you are GDPR compliant and do not need to create a new data processing agreement. No third-party suppliers have access to agreements and documents, as this is stored on the company's own account.

It's recommended that users use Internet Explorer 11 or later, when installing the SharePoint Add-in to a site. Internet Explorer 9 is not fully supported and cannot be used during the first-time setup. All Internet Explorer users should upgrade their browser to version 11 or later for a better experience. Edge is recommended and is included in Windows 10 and later.
