The add-in has been updated to store the body of the email in addition to the subject line. This really builds a tight link to ACT! when I am using Outlook. I like to see what is the latest activity with a contact while in Outlook as well as save those emails that are important vs everything. Mac is not supported at this time and I look forward to when it is.

CRM database software to connect their Web enabled database to each users inbox to give them the ability to check if each email's contacts exist in the database, whilst also allowing them to create new contacts that don't exist, attach the email to history & even create a reminder against the matching contact. This information can be easily reviewed, all from within each mail message, with the click of 1 button. Best of all this feature is completely platform independent & works via the secure web link direct to the users Act! database. The database can be hosted on their server or in the cloud, meaning users of Web based Outlook, MAC or PC can access this simple & powerful insight into their contact interactions. A great first effort from Swiftpage to leverage the power of their new Web API functionality released with Act! v18.

It does not work on networks which use virtual machines (images).

ACT! CRM got better with every update, I use it for many years as a single workplace solution to manage my network. Especially I like the integration with Outlook, which allows seamless exchange of data.
