This add in is a great time saver. It does only work with north american numbers, but I understand that is a limitation of Microsoft's libraries at this point. The developers are responsive and great to work with. I love that I can change programs easily by switching the protocol mapping in my windows 10 settings too.

Don't waste your time
Out of 20 or so business emails I tried to use this on, only one (an international number) was recognised as being a phone number. The other emails had multiple numbers, such as main number, direct dial, mobile number, etc. Not one was picked up. Useless add-on.
