Gorilla Expense for Outlook allows user to use the existing Gorilla Expense login credentials to login to Gorilla Expense and create an expense transactions from within Outlook client. You can enter various information including, expense type, date, amount, currency, location, vendor etc. Once the expense transaction is saved, it appears on the web application and can later be attached to an expense report.

While saving the transaction to the web application, the add-in will also capture the email information from where the transaction is created, convert it to PDF and attach it to the transaction as a PDF receipt

  • Can send data over the Internet
  • This add-in can access personal information on the active message, such as sender names, recipient names, email addresses, message body, and attachment information. The add-in may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
