I often use dashboards to track the overdue tasks and also to monitor the team's resolution performance, and ensure nothing falls behind SLA.

If I'm in the poor network area, I can't view or update the tasks.

Wrike Integrates with multiple other software which is very useful.

The "is not" or exclude filter. Love it very useful.

Very limited, not the best for conducting sprints, you can't group by custom fields, nor assignees for Sprint Planning.

The exclude filter feature is helping me extract data much faster.

It makes it easy to cross collaborate with other departments

It's not the easiest to learn, can have a steep learning curve for new users

It solves a problem of lack of progress visibility cross departmentally for issues which impact multiple teams

Wrike is a helpful organizational tool for our team. It keeps us on top of deadlines and allows us to distribute work evenly amongst ourselves

I wish Wrike was better integrated with email as that is where the majority of our tasks originate

What I Like Best: What I appreciate most about Wrike is how seamlessly it brings our entire organization together. What I Dislike: While Wrike has been transformative for our business, the platform can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, especially for new users. The flexibility and depth of features mean there’s a learning curve, and it can take time for teams to fully understand how to set up projects and workflows in the most efficient way. That said, with a bit of onboarding and continued use, the payoff is absolutely worth it.

Wrike is solving several critical problems for us — primarily around project visibility, cross-departmental collaboration, and operational efficiency. Before Wrike, it was difficult to track projects across teams, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that everyone was aligned. Wrike gives us a centralized workspace where all projects, tasks, and communications live, so nothing gets lost and everyone knows exactly what needs to be done. The benefit to us has been huge: faster project delivery, better resource allocation, and stronger collaboration between departments like Marketing, Sales, and Product Development. It’s allowed us to scale much more effectively and maintain a high level of execution as our business grows.

The upside of using Wrike is providing a centralized, reliable resource for document retention and governance. I like that I receive email notifications on the status of my projects yet I can always go back into the tool and find documents, submissions and other details related to my projects. It is very intuitive to use with little to no training.

I know my company isn't using Wrike to its fullest ability so it's hard to share a dislike when it works well for the one use case I have.

It solves the need for a centralized tool for obtaining, storing and tracking legal and compliance reviews which is critical when working for a bank. It also allows a simple way to capture feedback provided and document that all requirements were met. It helps greatly with collaboration across departments.

wrike fits into any structure. we use it to create custom status and automation.It also offers gantt charts and reports.

I bit difficult for new users getting into project management.

We have this integrated with slack that is our internal messenger.
