Use this Outlook Add-in to enter your Paid Time Off Request (PTO). The PTO function provides a template used by most businesses to request Paid Time Off Dates. The template provides for entering the Start and End dates of your Paid Time Off and allows you to specify the Accrual Category to be used for the requested time off. The form verifies that the total number of days and/or hours corresponds to the Amount of Time off requested. Once completed, the template generates an email message with the requested days and times. Checkboxes are provided to indicate if the request is approved or denied. This is an easy way for small companies to handle Paid Time Off Requests without paper forms or expensive software.
