Super easy to use and very convenient. Can be accessed from any device.

Difficult to use if internet connection is spotty.

Quick document upload,document signature,digital documentation. All of this are done electronically. I don't have to wait on a mail delivery service.

I like its seamless M365 Integration, It is both web and mobile based, The daily notifications to signers is a major plus. As an administrator it lets you tailor your setting to fit your organisations preferences. The customer support is top notch once a ticket is raised it is closed within 24hrs.

The price of the software is its main issue. I am not particularly found of the new interface that was updated some time last year.

Adobe sign solves a lot of problems. It generally saves paper cost and staff don’t need to print, sign and scan manually anymore. The audit trail helps my organisation know who is holding up the document flow and how many days the document stayed at a particular signer. This has helped us draw data and make more informed decisions on staff performance and productivity. It has grate value for money spent. The documents are also encrypted making them more secure and un-editable. This has benefited us reducing the rate of forged signatures and documents tampering.

The Adobe Document Cloud excels in its PDF capabilities. The ability to create, edit, convert, and share PDF'S all in one software truly makes it a seamless experience for all who use it. The usuer-friendly interface reduces the learning cure ans allows users to start working right away. The intergration with Adobe's cloud service ensures access to documents anywhere, anytime and makes it incredibly east to pick up right where you left off.

The mobile experience isn't as fluid as the desktop version.

Easy to create and manage contract templates and webforms, and collect secure digital signatures.

There could be improvements for handling updating of contracts with template field layers. Often contracts and other forms are updated yearly (at least) and the process of having to create a new template with the new pdf and then try and overlay the previous version's field layer can be tedious--especially if the new document is a page shorter in which case you cannot overlay an existing field layer.

Ability to collect signed agreements dynamically from users with power automate integration. In addition there is the ability to preload the form with data from our external database that the user has already supplied.

I keep all documents together in the Adobe Cloud and can access them from anywhere. I love that I can send document(s) I need to multiple recipients and receive completed and signed documents back from them the same day. The process of requesting signatures is simple and secure, so recipients have no issues completing the task through a simple link to their email.

Depending on the document, filling out some entries or placing signatures in the correct place can be difficult especially on mobile devices. Sometimes it is unclear what recipients need to enter into a given field if they are unfamiliar with the file since there is no way to give specific instructions through the application

Adobe Acrobat Sign allows me to streamline multiple processes for my freelance business, including the client onboarding process, approval of quotes and proposals, signing of contracts and other important documentation, and completion of electronic records for my files. It is highly customizable and easy to make changes or send new documents if needed. There is electronic proof of submissions and signatures exchanged directly with clients for my records as well.
