Display all of my active tasks from the entire site collection

The application finds all tasks assigned to you from the entire site collection and displays them in a tabular form. Tasks are sorted by due date. Each line of the table contains the name of the task, due date and the site on which the task is located. The total number of tasks is also displayed.
