What do you like best about the product?1. UI is clean and simple.
2. It automatically detects the time zone, making it best for worldwide meetings.
3. Works smoothly in integration with Slack, Google Calendar, Outlook, and many other apps.
4. We can add buffer time so we are not packed with back-to-back meetings for the entire day.What do you dislike about the product?The platform is simple and effective. I haven't faced any such cons in this till today.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We usually share the calendly link with our clients so they can schedule an appointment at their best convenience. Once we are on call with the client, we discuss the issue and resolve it in real time.
Totally unreliable tool
What do you like best about the product?UX is great, ease of implementation is fine but...What do you dislike about the product?Their tool and support are totally unreliable. We've been using it for years, but now a lot of clients are reporting that they cannot book a meeting through calendly link. Their support is totally unresponsive, they are not giving any reasonable timeline for fixing this and we're simply loosing money because Calendly is not doing what it was supposed to do. Limited Usefulness
I had high hopes for this extension but since the extension doesn't work on the traditional Outlook software, which is my primary use, it makes this ineffective. I downloaded the plug-in for the traditional version as well, which again doesn't work with Office for Mac.
A Real Time-Saver, But Not Always Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?Calendly has seriously streamlined our scheduling process. It's awesome for letting users, clients, and prospects book calls with us for everything from software demos to tech support, training, and quick catch-ups. The fact that we can use the API with our CRM is a huge plus, and being able to sync it with our individual calendars is a major time-saver. Plus, the multilingual event pages are a feature we really appreciate!What do you dislike about the product?The event type setup can be a bit of a headache – it's not always super intuitive. And sometimes, it feels like settings change without any heads-up, which can be pretty confusing when we suddenly run into unexpected changes.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Basically, Calendly stops us from playing email tag all day trying to set up meetings. It just makes scheduling way easier. We save a ton of time, look more organized to clients, and don't accidentally double-book ourselves anymore. Plus, hooking it up to our CRM means less manual data entry, which is always a win.

What do you like best about the product?It's so easy to use and operate. It's also easy for individuals you are sending it to (to schedule an interview) to use and respond to.What do you dislike about the product?That the FREE version only allows you to have ONE type of invite. I would prefer to have more templates so I can toggle between my different clients.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?The ease of getting individuals to schedule a time to speak on your calendar QUICKLY. And without hand-holding.

Save time scheduling with Calendly!
What do you like best about the product?As a recruiter, I like that I can share a Calendly link with candidates via Gmail, LinkedIn and that it also integrates seamlessly with my ATS. It allows me to set times that I want to be available and also syncs to my Google calendar. I also like that it gives candidates the ability to schedule and reschedule, saving me time going back coordinating times with them and avoiding last minute rescheduling requests. I also love that this is a free solution!What do you dislike about the product?Depending on how you set your availability and the volume of people you're scheduling with, you may get a lot of back to back bookings. There also may be cases where someone doesn't understand how to reschedule or accept the invite on their end creating some confusion, but this is more an exception than a rule and wouldn't deter me from using Calendly. You do lose a bit of scheduling control when you use this tool, but the time saved is worth it to me.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I use calendly to schdule interviews both within my ATS (Greenhouse) and also when passively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn. I benefit by saving time going back and forth sharing my availability and requesting candidates availability, requesting contact information, and also can avoid last minute reschduling requests if they pop up.
