Zensai: a solid and efficient corporate learning system with which you can achieve your goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Zensai is a digital alternative for corporate and professional training and preparation of your work team, its systems work with the most advanced technology to create a unique and personalized experience for each participant, guaranteeing the transmission of information and training content within a professional and proactive environment. In addition, Zensai allows you to monitor the performance of your entire team, analyze their evolution and contributions as a new member of your company and evaluate the technical and professional benefits of each participant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say or mention about Zensai's services, I think it is a top quality corporate learning system with high effectiveness rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zensai's digital services allowed my company to build teams based on the performance and skills of each employee, encourage training for new members and automate many tasks and work processes related to training our employees for new jobs.

Zensai: my favorite work platform to train and coach new employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Zensai stands out for being an interactive and very effective digital platform to successfully integrate new employees to your work team, facilitating the training and coaching they need to be able to contribute quickly within your work environment. In addition, Zensai connects with the best applications and communication systems, which facilitates the collaboration between participants and makes virtual meetings a reality in order to carry out your totally personalized and remote instructions, increasing the possibilities of training and communication between the instructor and the trainees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to point out about the functions and digital elements of Zensai, I think it is a fantastic training platform that facilitates the whole training process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of Zensai's functions and technical resources I can quickly work with and train a large number of new employees, communicate with them constantly and provide the advice and recommendations they need through a virtual and totally remote work environment.

German is missing - app itself is great

The app is great, we can handle all our employees trainings for mandatory and optional courses and track everything! But in the app, there are some parts still in english - which is weird, as the web version is 100% in German available. Would be great to update that, thanks!

Structure solid and professional corporate learning plans with Zensai's services.

What do you like best about the product?
Since my company implemented Zensai's corporate learning services we have been able to train a large number of new employees who are already performing with full efficiency within our business practices, reducing our operational costs and integration time for new workers. In addition, Zensai offers a great working platform with the most interactive and professional training features, allowing real time monitoring of each user's progress and integration with your operating systems to facilitate and enhance the capabilities of this valuable corporate learning system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to mention about Zensai's learning functions, it is a great working platform that facilitates the training of all my working staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user of Zensai I can point out that it is a platform of great quality and corporate utility, it facilitates the training of new work staff and allows constant collaboration among all its users to promote the training and education of participants in areas of corporate interest.

Zensai, a convenient, professional and effective business development platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Zensai is the most complete and functional corporate training platform for your organization, it offers the best training and professional training resources, using artificial technology to enhance each user's experience. In addition, Zensai connects with the most efficient and professional work platforms, simplifying your employees' learning processes and allowing for accurate and efficient tracking of each participant's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative or unfavorable related to Zensai's features and benefits, it's a great enterprise training software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since my company has been using Zensai's corporate training services we have been able to train a large number of employees who are already operational within our work practices, facilitating the hiring of employees and their subsequent professional training.

Great Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Support team is wonderful, platform is very user friendly and easy to use. Implementation was a smooth and efficient! Platform integrates directly to O365!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we would've found this platform sooner!

Annual compliance trainings are handled through the system and set to recertify annually taking the manual process away.

A Truly Global LMS

What do you like best about the product?
Zensai is the only platform I have seen that partners seamlessly with Microsoft while also providing a truly accessible global format. My company is all-in with Microsoft. The majority of our learning prior to Zensai happened through SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc. If it was a Microsoft product, we were using it to deliver training. By having an application that sits directly on-top of Microsoft while using Azure data, our IT and end-users had zero learning curve in adopting the software. Additionally, as a global company, we have offices all around the world and our business operates in 9 different languages. Because Zensai uses Microsoft Settings, our users experienced in the system in their language of choice from day one - no settings to hassle with, no preferences to update. If that's no an easy implementation, I don't know what is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Zensai isn't the world's largest LMS, they are still finding their way with some of the settings, Automations, plug-ins, etc. There is some functionality that I am interested in that hasn't been deployed yet. That being said, because Zensai is smaller, my voice matters. I work for a small company, and yet, what we need is listened to and responded to by Zensai. Between consultant hours and their extremely active community, I have yet to run into a situation in which certain functionality can't be rigged together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Zensai, we had to adopt different LMSs in different countries - finally with Zensai, I have a single, global solution. Because it sits on-top of Microsoft, I didn't have to recreate any of our existing learning - I could simply link SharePoint pages, resources, etc. This made Zensai our one-stop-shop for global learning.

LMS365 has been a great solution for us and the staff has been awesome to work with!

What do you like best about the product?
LMS365 has been a great solution for us. There was a minimal learning curve to get started. The consultants that we were assigned for our implementation were fantastic to work with. The easy integration with Microsoft365 and included Microsoft Training made this a no-brainer for us. I cannot overstate how GREAT their customer service is. Having the dedicated team site for assistance is incredible. I don't think it was longer than 15-30 minutes tops before I would get a response to any questions I had no matter how big or small. Compared to other companies that just provide a knowledgebase, this service is VERY valuable. I'm a daily user of the system and find creating courses, quizzes, and administering content very easy. It's also awesome that managers can easily see their direct reports information and enroll their employees in content with minimal clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially we were pretty excited about the abililty to use SCORM packages within the LMS, but as we started created content, SCORM wasn't really that user-friendly when it came to making changes with people already enrolled in the course. However, Microsoft Sway easily replaced SCORM and we haven't looked back! SCORM is probably a great option for others, it just didn't work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have invested time in creating hundreds of short training videos and even more written SOPs. Our main "problem" was finding a way to organize them and track that people were actually reviewing and retaining the content. Zensia has given us the ability to do that!

Awesome experience

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed working with the customer service team and my customer success manager. I found them to be quick to respond and eager to help me solve any issues that I may be encountering. Craig was an excellent resource always enthusiastic and quick to provide resources or ideas on how to solve issues. I like how monthly updates about changes or upgrades to the system came in automatically to the LMS making it easy to review and plan. Ease of use especially for adding new users and intergrating with exisiting systems is a big positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reccomend updating the learn365 player to allow admins and content creators the option to prevent users from skipping past content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content holding and certificate tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Zensai for our organization's learning and development needs, and it has been an exceptional experience. One of the standout features of Zensai is its seamless integration with Microsoft Azure. This integration has made it incredibly easy for us to sync data and create Active Directory groups as targeted learning groups, streamlining our administrative processes. Zensai is a robust and intuitive system that offers various levels of admin controls, making it easy to generate and administer e-learnings, instructor-led sessions, and comprehensive training plans. The user interface is user-friendly, which has significantly reduced the learning curve for our team. One of the features we particularly love is the ability to download dashboards to track progress. This functionality provides us with valuable insights and helps us monitor the effectiveness of our training programs. Additionally, Zensai offers multiple control points that allow us to optimize the system based on our specific requirements, ensuring that we can tailor the platform to meet our unique needs. The latest AI enhancements in Zensai have been a game-changer for us. These enhancements have saved us considerable time by automating various tasks and providing intelligent recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, there is one area where we feel Zensai could improve. We wish the Line Manager Dashboard showcased the completion status of employees based on the training with more detailed information rather than just on a surface level. This enhancement would save managers a lot of time by making it easier to identify which team members must complete their training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zensai has been instrumental in helping our employees stay compliant with mandatory training requirements and upskilling initiatives. The ease of integrating e-learning SCORM files and tracking progress has been a significant benefit, ensuring that our team members are always up-to-date with their training.
