Good, but...
This app does what it does well enough. What would make it stellar, though, would be the ability to create a Freshdesk ticket from a chat.

Randomly stops working
We've had two issues with this in the last 6 months. I had to create a new channel last time to get it working again. I tried working with their support but they were not able to figure out the issue. It just happened again. Very frustrating as team members rely heavily on this channel.
