CatchApp Meeting Scheduler

CatchApp helps me to schedule my meetings and appointments in a more time effective and elegant manner. It's compatible with Outlook and Microsoft 365 and also has built in video calling which is a big plus.

Exteremely klunky compared to Boomerang for Outlook. Far worse user-interface. It tries extremely hard to harvest the email addresses and cell phone numbers of the recipients of your meeting requests. In contrast, Boomerang allows your meeting request recipients to go through the entire scheduling processs without providing any personal information or setting up an account. Extremely difficult to uninstall from Outlook add-ins too.

Working in sales, this looked really useful, especially for the days when I'm on one client site and want to see a bunch of people. Installed it and it worked fine, had a couple of queries which were answered really quickly. However, for some reason it's dropped out of my O365 Outlook, so need to revisit when I have time.

V used to the old "let me know when you are free to meet", now I can tell you in the reply of my email! Very useful little add-in. Well done Microsoft!

I work in a Government organization with over 3000 people in my building. With all the strategy, policy and governance work I do meetings are my lifeline to project progress and delivering ontime. This has changed my life and made it easier. Thank you CatchApp.

UPdate: need to use the 1 country code before the phone number! I had great chat-time with customer support who reached out to ME! Still not going to use this simply because it doe not fit the one criteria I'm looking for--polling for agreeable meeting times with multiple people. Although I have to enter my phone number to get started, I never received the 4-digit code . . . Why would this have to be so difficult?

It should be possible to rate outstanding apps 7 stars ! CatchApp helps me scheduling meetings while writing a message and cut off the endless email trail to agree on a time slot and a meeting place. I save loads of time scheduling meetings. So user-friendly and easy-to-use , I wonder how I used to manage doing it before.

Fantastic app, makes scheduling meetings a lot faster and much more efficient. Takes out all the back and forth.

Just brilliant! The experience feels a lot more customized than other products I tried. I love how it allows you to embed your invite within an email, include the location (somehow it finds every location I enter), and even offer times of varying length. I highly recommend this.
