Bad Quality, Bad Support
App does not work with Old Outlook for half of our users. We contacted Unanet support but they were not able to help stating that there's no reason that it shouldn't be working. They must not have many people using or supporting this application because there are virtually no online resources discussing this integration. Considering this a consequence of purchasing a CRM from a small company.
