Just a crazy good offer

What do you like best about the product?
I switched von Google Workdrive to Zoho One. The offer is just amazing. It was very easy to switch due to the migration tools, Zoho offers. And now we replaced much of our tool stack with tools from Zoho (like Bigin replaces Pipedrive, Books replaces our old accounting, Campaign replacing ActiveCampaign etc.) So Zoho is our daily driver for everything and with the Zoho One offer, it's really affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not get support from India, e.g. when you are in LATAM and have support by a local partner, the quality of support is/can be much lower, as the partners are lacking the experience and direct contact to the development teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become the operating system of our company.

I am such a huge advocate of the Zoho product suite!

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Zoho's suite is fantastic, the price-point makes the Zoho One suite a no-brainer when compared with competitor tools. I love the Zoho Deluge programming language which essentially means if a function is not available in the GUI, it can be built using custom functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoho's support can be a little hit and miss. We are very fortunate to work closely with a Zoho partner, Ardento who have in-house Zoho specialists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having Zoho One allows our organisation to capture information across various products (e.g. CRM, Campaigns, Desk, etc.) and provide advanced reporting and analytics using Zoho Analytics.

Comprehensive Business app for every solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is it has multiple business app and which can be use without any major integration setup. Support and onboarding is very much friendly and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between multiple task can be a bit task initially but once you get used to, it becomes much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho forms helps collecting data online easy, replacing paper works and Its user friendly too. Zoho mail provides professional email that work seamlessly with other Zoho apps.

Wide range options from Zoho

What do you like best about the product?
Zoho have wide range of services in a single platform and amonth them which I liked mostly is Zoho forms, CRM, and mail solutions. Since these forms and mail solutions are accessible from anywhere the main thing is that forms come with most customizable options which are not available in today's market
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional lag, missing font styles(few), complexity of on-premise solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forms - Creating custom forms every time has been very difficult. With Zoho I was able to use many existing templates with so many customizations

A lot of capabilities but not the most user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Zoho one is very customizable. I liked being able to change forms or the layout and how I viewed certain modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many modules have similar capabilities but you have to go to a completely separate module to find the one that was necessary for that project. I also felt that even though I could email the support team, it was not ideal in the time it took to resolve issues.

Potential clients and the sales funnel. Project management Document storage for universal files

We have used Zoho Forms for a long time.

What do you like best about the product?
We used Zoho Forms for a long time, unfortunately, we encountered certain functions that could not be applied. Therefore, after much deliberation, we decided to switch. For basic forms, it is easy to use. Additionally, it is also easy to integrate, and the emails are received well. I think we used Zoho Forms for 5 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is not optimal, in addition, you miss certain features. And if you're not careful, you might end up with an extra subscription. If you ask a question, it takes a long time before you really get an answer from the helpdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially looked for a website/app where we could create forms for the technicians, which they need to fill out when they start working in a house.

What do you like best about the product?
customer support, number of features, frequency of use
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoho one is a collaborative platform which will take care of employee admin, mailing, HR related activities, unlike others

It is a bulndled or packaged solution offering to cater to all our internal employee related needs

All/Most of what you need in one integrated system

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems each tool has its own support team and tracking down an answer has been challenging. Sometimes there's chat support, sometimes not. Would like to have some consistency here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me money because I don't have to subscribe to other software and don't have to worry about integration because it is all built in.

Not so helpful to merge with different apps and on the phone.

Zoho Forms ensures that users can capture exactly the information they need. Additionally, conditional logic features enable dynamic forms that adapt based on user responses.

Zoho One lacks B2B lead management efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
Zoho One offers a comprehensive suite of tools that integrate well with each other, which is great for streamlining multiple business functions in one place. The level of customisation available in some modules is useful for adapting the system to different business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently. The support process was also slow, and the workaround offered added more manual work, which defeats the purpose of using a CRM to streamline operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho One helps centralise multiple business processes, offering an all-in-one solution for managing operations, marketing, sales, and accounting. Its integration with other tools in the suite, such as Zoho Books, helps streamline invoicing and accounting, which saves time and improves operational efficiency. However, its lead management system for B2B businesses is far from ideal, creating inefficiencies rather than solving them.
