Very good Product
What do you like best about the product?The time it takes to get used to Freshworks when you implement it is straightforward, It is nice and easy to implement and get the process of the ground. The user base is very easy to use and getting the system to how you like it is very nice. This is now used every day by our IT teams and the integration is being considered by other departments.What do you dislike about the product?The backened system is quite hard to understand, There customer support is very script based and doesnt help in all cases.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Implemented a very good IT system and helped us massivly in IT.
A great CRM option for SMEs
What do you like best about the product?Customer support is responsive and the features are sufficient for small to medium-sized operation. Integration with other apps also appreciated, however, they could add more in their marketplace.What do you dislike about the product?Moving features that were previously available in a lower-tier subscription to a higher-tier subscription.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Unifying customer records for sales, marketing and support purposes.

What do you like best about the product?UI and simplicity. I love that it is so simple and easy to use Freshsales. Had to Negociate for a Refund but they were Fair and Did It
What do you like best about the product?A Standard CRM tool.
Plenty of functionalities.What do you dislike about the product?Upon automatic renewal of my subscription, I asked them to refund me as we were not going to need it for the upcoming year.
I had to negotiate hard to get my refund, which is not ideal, but in the end, they did it, which is fair.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Freshworks eneqble smy business to properly collect prospect leads and interact with those leads using email automation and sales pipeline.

Freddie's AI is stupid, nothing compared to the rest of the market. e.g. the chatbot is useless and Freddie destroys lead scoring and can't be turned off.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Dealing with customer data

What do you like best about the product?I like the analytics part it helps maintaining the operations and SLA like RT FRT.What do you dislike about the product?The intelling assign feature doesn't work always. It impacts overal average SLAs.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Keep maintaing SLAs. Provide fast and quick resolution to customers via chat. With the help of data we were able to improve our operations.
Robust ticketing system & Easy to use CRM with an ecosystem of products for integration
What do you like best about the product?As someone who used Freshworks CRM, Freshdesk for ticketing and Freshteam, I can vouch for their UX, some of the intuitive easy to use features in the CRM.
Freshteam solved for one of the easiest ATS tools to implement and utilise. The kanban board view to show which step of the process a candidate is in, was very efficient. Quickness of their customer facing teams getting things live was commendable.What do you dislike about the product?Customisation in terms of workflow, access levels gets tricky for complex/matrix organizational structures.
As for the CRM, not on par with industry leaders when it comes to solution for an enterprise level company.
Beyond ATS, Freshteam lacks lot of core functionalities to be utilised as the single HRMS solutionWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Talent acquisition for a scaling org was made so much easier. Creating a pool of candidates with specific tags to later broadcast to was also helpful in Freshteam.
The ticketing system helped us track a lot of metrices across various teams and stakeholders allowing us to relook at the processes and internal dependencies.

What do you like best about the product?It packs a powerful set of tools at your disposal for a great price.
