What do you like best about the product?There are many great things about application platforms, including the ability to develop and deploy applications quickly and easily, the ability to scale applications easily, and the ability to manage and monitor applications easily.What do you dislike about the product?A few potential disadvantages exist to using an application platform as a service. Superb Add-in
Coupled with our Business Suite CRM this has revolutionised the way we work. We now not only have our emails etc recorded but we have our SAP B1 data being synchronised into our CRM, all in all a superb package giving us huge efficiency boost.

Works well with our custom built app
Great add-in that can be easily configured to work with our bespoke web app built on the Applications Platform low-code rapid application development platform. Users can access all the information required from their inbox without having to login to the system. Looks really nice and sits well within Outlook desktop and web. Looking forward to the mobile version.

Keeps me organised
Sits nicely in the top NAV bar and allows me to record information into the CRM with ease. Also allows me to see history and any associated activities, events and opportunities etc. associated with the contact without having to switch back and forth between my emails and the CRM. Easy to use and looks good.
