We Decide helps organizations to make faster decisions within the Microsoft Teams Platform.
This app helps to streamline and simplify the decision-making process for teams and organizations. We Decide is a voting tool that provides a guided approach to communicate decisions that must be made within the organization and gives a clear image about the resulting actions.
The decision maker is given the opportunity to describe the upcoming decision, assign a title and define implications for approval or rejection. Furthermore, attachments and the due date of the voting can be defined. The team members can accept or reject the decision. Via a bot, the team members as well as the decision maker are kept informed about the decision by push-notifications. An overview of the decisions can later be viewed in the We Decide Dashboard.
The app is intended for use in Microsoft Teams and can be added to different teams. To use We Decide simply add the app as a tab in any channel of any team you like. There you will get an overview of all your active decisions, as well as already archived decisions. The We Decide notifications for all teams will be collected for each person individually by a bot in the left ribbon of the Microsoft Teams environment.
