Conceptboard

We are an architecture firm and we use conceptboard every day. All our drawings, specs, sketches, photos, etc. are being put on a dedicated project board and we review, mark-up, discuss, etc. in real time. It is so easy, user friendly and intuitive. We started using conceptboard in 2019 and we could not function at 100% without it at this point.

Sometimes it takes a while for a board to load - but we do have a lot of information on it.

Conceptboard allowed us to work collaboratevly - especially with a hybrid structure. Even when we are all in the same room though, it is still easier to each look at our screens and follow the conversation on conceptboard vs. hovering over a table and only seeing half of everything.

The ability to open windows and keep old windows open and the cropping feature

Sometimes it is slow but for the most part I love it

Keeping information in one place for cross collab and reference for easy to find information and past history

Thanks to the flexible Conceptboard team, new topics can always be introduced. They are usually implemented as time allows. The use itself is intuitive, simple and leaves plenty of scope for creativity and holistic, systemic work. The wide range of features from icons and templates to freehand operation helps to work creatively. I can quickly invite my customers to the board. It's easy to use and customers can quickly implement it in their everyday lives.

For me as a consultant, coach and trainer, the distribution of roles and authorizations for the participants is not sophisticated enough. There is a clear need for improvement here.

Involvement of many people through guest access. Good and creative implementation of individual coaching quickly and pragmatically. Preparing training courses and seminars in hybrid form is often very time-consuming. CB helps me to keep the amount of paperwork to a minimum and still be able to work creatively.

for me it is a great tool for visualisation and for collobaration. although it needs some training. but

i still neen an use case for customer care

Conceptboard is very easy to use, you can easily create boards, share and collaborate, I use it especially for issues related to Agility, review meetings, retrospectives, building backlogs, even to make team decisions

I think that compared to other tools, the cost can be a disadvantage, since there are other similar ones at a better price and with similar functionalities. I think it would be good if it had a kind of mini course to be able to learn how to use all the functionalities it has, such as a onboarding

It helps me define and agree on team goals, plan work, visualize the status, make faster and more democratic decisions with the functionality of votes, even visualize different options and add images to encourage the creative process of the team

The ability to create great-looking professional displays, using templates or creating your own designs. High res enables great zoom-in potential as well, when sharing detail with colleagues, clients and parnters. Plus the team at Conceptboard are super supportive.

It's very difficult to think of any downsides.

It's helping us to collaborate and curate artistic outputs from a group of creatives, and to help us then promote this work widely across the globe.

Conceptboard is an amazing tool for constructing charts for your organisation. With Conceptboard you can easily share files and discuss online.

Sometimes this tool take too much time to complete something that should take less minutes.

With Conceptboard it allows us to highlight and apload files so we can all get on the same page .it saves time and it very efficiency.

The best part about Conceptboard is that the interface is vert easy to use and I can easily see what tasks needs to be completed.

It's not missing many features, its just that some of the charts are in the development stage.

Makes it easy to collaborate on projects with other team members located in different places and ideation has become efficient.

1.Real-time visibility of everyone's actions. 2.Easy to create boards with unlimited canvas. 3.Centralised ideas in one page. 4.User-friendly and even beginners will not have any problem using it.

It is performing well but more customizing features are needed.

-Conceptboard has allowed for greater participation and collaboration while we each remained in our remote locations. -Virtual whiteboarding. -Effective project management. -Tight security on our information.

Working with the icons from the toolbar is quite tricky without knowing English terms - I would prefer searching in German

We organize our team meetings, KanBan boards, and workshop flows. We use it for presentations and any collaborative item.
