Great program with fabulous support!
What do you like best about the product?I love that it has created drive within our team. Something that was lacking!What do you dislike about the product?I haven't found anything yet! Maybe a greater range of songs would be good!What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Our team was lacking motivation and accountability. Since implementing Spinify, this has improved greatly. No one wants to be on the bottom!
Amazing software, even better people
What do you like best about the product?The ease of set up and use. Within minutes I can have the data I need pulled form nearly any source with an integration. It has revolutionised the visibility of my staff performance and motivation. A special mention to Peejay as our onboarding was amazing.What do you dislike about the product?There is only 1 thing. The loading time for each competition when I click it.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?My CRM reporting was terrible. Spinify has allowed me to get the metrics I need and have easy visibility across the network.
Quick and Flexible!
What do you like best about the product?Quick setup for basic competitions, lots of visualization options and flexibility in display methods, fairly intuitive overall.What do you dislike about the product?UI could use some standardization and best practices, a few "quirky" decisions with the UX causing extra clicks or unexpected behaviors.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Daily Sales competitions and motivation
Easy and Fun tool
What do you like best about the product?The application is easy to use and the templates and themes offered are fun.What do you dislike about the product?I think that spinify could use with some additional modifications that make the competition pages more interactive for users.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Spinify is helping us keep people engaged in their work and allowing us to reward them in meaningful ways.
Almost finished onboarding with Spinify which was a great experience so far!
What do you like best about the product?Easy digestible data displayed in a fun and engaging way. Furthermore, the customer support is top level. So far the implementation was considerably easy and the number of features is plentiful without overloading the customer.What do you dislike about the product?So far there is nothing to dislike. It was a bit confusing how many different Spinify employees contacted me over the customer journey.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We want to display relevant data to our sales team in a fun and engaging way. This will help to push the middle performers to the top.
Has been very good for team morale
What do you like best about the product?I like that we are now able to celebrate not just the big wins, but even the small ones. The flexibility of running competitions on multiple factors makes this a very good tool for sales teams.What do you dislike about the product?Backgrounds and font, colours etc for the competition bars look a bit dated and could be more immersiveWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Helps with tracking the small and big wins simultaneously
Easy to get started & great support
What do you like best about the product?It was very quick and easy to get going. I was able to do just about everything on my own, but Spinify still provided great support by introducing a CSM, scheduling a call, and helping me get started on things I didn't know Spinify could do. My team loves the leaderboard. In the first two days, they went from booking 5 meetings to 18!What do you dislike about the product?Sometimes the filter logic to pull the right information is confusing, but my CSM helps me right away.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Spinify brought out the competitive nature I knew my team had. We have our sales tv channel up for the whole company to see and the team loves it.
Great Training & User Experience
What do you like best about the product?The support given while learning has far exceeded our expectations.What do you dislike about the product?Not having Microsoft SSO. As we continue to add users to the platform individual log in set ups for new hires becomes time consuming.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Team moral and healthy competition helps us drive a few more deals each month.
Spinify has been a fun way to increase morale and engage in positive reinforcement in the workplace.
What do you like best about the product?I like the Gong feature the best, the display as well as user experience. Also, very easy to use, clear and simple.What do you dislike about the product?Sometimes the videos/song choices we select wont work or will freeze when we ring the gong.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Not necessarily a problem to be solved but adding another layer of encourgement to our sales team and boosts morale of our salesfloor.
Excellent Tool for Enhancing Motivation
What do you like best about the product?Spinify has been instrumental in motivating the team and providing real-time visibility. It has fostered friendly competition and encouraged team members to drive to exceed their goals. The enhanced visibility enables the team to celebrate both major and minor achievements in real time, ensuring no win goes unnoticed or delayed.What do you dislike about the product?It would be great to have additional live testing of acheivements to have full visibility to the views and outcome of setup.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We are using Spinify to motivate the sales rep and provide friendly competition between sales reps to drive addtiional revenue for the company.
