As the Director of Business Automation overseeing our data warehouse and reporting, finding a tool that seamlessly connects to our data sources and enables us to embed dashboards for clients while handling complex report types affordably was crucial. After evaluating numerous options, Knowi emerged as the perfect fit. Knowi not only met but exceeded our expectations. The team is responsive and proactive; they promptly implemented the features we requested. CEO Jay personally ensured that Knowi aligned with our business needs, offering ample trial time for us to thoroughly test the tool before committing. The addition of AI capabilities has further enhanced our experience. I highly recommend Knowi for its robust reporting and analytics capabilities.

While Knowi has been a great fit overall, one area with room for improvement is the learning curve for some of the more advanced features. For new users, it can take a little time to fully understand the best way to structure queries or leverage all the platform’s capabilities, especially when dealing with complex data sets. However, their documentation and support team are very helpful, and once you're up to speed, the flexibility is worth it.

Knowi solved a major challenge for us in delivering reports to our clients. Instead of manually emailing reports, we can now embed interactive dashboards directly into our platform, giving clients real-time access to their data. Additionally, Knowi supports most of the data source connections we need out of the box, which saves us from having to build and maintain complex API integrations. This has significantly streamlined our reporting process and improved the overall client experience.

Knowi limits technical debt and allows for streamlining of UI development while elimination of the back end hosting. The support staff are are amazing to work with.

This product has given me the ability to create reports across multiple platforms containing our data. The product is intuitive but for more complex activities I have needed guidance from support. I have found the support team to be superb, responsive and willing to walk me through any questions as well as help me find solutions for complex queries.

There is documentation available but it's not always thorough. The good news is that support will fill in any gaps as they continue to increase the amount of documentation available.

Providing a view into data that has been collected but had previously not been tracked or acted upon.

It's very intuitive for users with not so much of a technical knowledge. The customer support is great and helpful also, they are open to suggestions and requests for new features.

Sometimes the auto share doesn't work well, therefore the user has to logout/login to be able to view an asset. It doesn't work that well with multiple tabs opened; it doesn't matter if you're viewing a dashboard in one and working on a widget on another tab.

Providing access to relevant company data to users in different roles.

The software is pretty comprehensive for our needs and support is quick to respond to any concerns or requests we may have.

There are some UI bugs, and sometimes the specific use case we need isn't covered. There are workarounds, however.

Knowi is integrated with our next generation software and forms the basis of our reporting tool. Many of our clients have already benefitted from Knowis tools and data presentation

Bunch of new features every week/2 week. They are very committed to listening to the customer and implementing recommended changes. You can use it as a reporting tool and as an ETL tool. The 9QL language provides a new way to handle nested data or transform data pretty simply.

Rarely the interface does not work properly i.e., if you try to save a widget, you can't; if you save a widget and re-open it, you do not see your previous changes; if your try to open a widget it takes to much time

How to get data from heterogeneous sources and join them. How to predict business use cases. How to visualize data and metrics and the level of customization. How to get alerts and notifications. The main benefit is to get a self-service tool with a well-defined data sets.

I love how flexible Knowi is in catering to our company's needs, from configuring complex datasets and sending alerts to creating charts and dashboards.

You may sometimes run into some minor issues, but their support team will address them swiftly.

Knowi is excellent at serving our Business Intelligence needs.

The data layer of Knowi is what truly sets it apart. the ability to connect dissimilar datasets is powerful. Support is awesome! Have found very few others similar!

Being an on-premises deployment has made it harder to get some of the kinks worked out. But, support is always there and on top of issues.

We are using Knowi to deliver data to our customers and internal business users. These range from traditional financial reports to IOT like data.

knowi helps with easy visualization; it has a high-level; data engineering layer which deals with the easy connection with other data sources. Some NLP abilities are appreciable

The UI is a little slow; it takes time to fetch information; some times, it opens up unwanted doubts and queries which are really distracting and time consuming

It handles all our siloed data efficiently and provides us with better insights and understandings; saves time;

I love how flexible the product is and how it does everything I need. If I have any questions, the staff are quick to response & highly knowledgeable about every aspect of the platform.

Knowi is lovely - don't have a bad thing to say. It does it all

As a result, we are snowballing and exploring new avenues every day. Knowi is the ultimate solution if you are a company in this same boat - it's equal parts powerful & flexible. It makes quick, pivoting decisions so simple. I can't recommend it enough for any startup.
