I loved the e-signing feature and overall the forms were easy to use.

I would like Docketwise to have a feature where its easier to track time spent on a client, like if the client's tab is open track the time it take to close as sometimes call are constant and urgent

The professional look and experience I can give to my clients. It makes them reassured that they are dealing with a professional and not some guy trying out immigration law.

Could have more flexibility for signature that should be included in basic.

It solves the problem of correcting errors and case tracking.

DW sends out automated invoice reminders and makes you money without you having to hunt it down. You can send your clients USCIS documents in their native language to fill out and send back to you and it will then translate it to English, saving you all tons of time in translation. The notes section helps our office know what happened at the last contact with client. Overall a great program and I'm sure I'm not even using the full extent of it!

I wish it pre-populated the forms with more information, I feel like we have more information in the system that gets left out of the forms.

Billing is easy since it's been updated and we can now send automatic reminders for payments without having to have a credit card number saved.

Revenue generating reports don't show accurate accountings. We need a report that only shows revenue for a specific time period rather than a report showing all payments, whether a service or expense, entered, even if the payment date is from a pervious time period.

They have been working on the report issue (I mentioned previously) for two years and still don't have a solution.

The platform is easy to use and brings all your needs as an immigration attorney under one platform.

The two factor login each time is wat I dislike the most.

It allows us to use forms, calendar, set reminders, and do billing.
