A wonderful way to recognize co-workers and earn rewards!
What do you like best about the product?I like that Cooleaf is easy to use, and I think it's a great way to engage in activities with co-workers, as well as, recognize co-workers for their hard work and dedication.What do you dislike about the product?I have yet to find a downside to Cooleaf.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I am unsure of problems Cooleaf is solving within our company.
Cooleaf is the Office Space Newsfeed
What do you like best about the product?Cooleaf helps keep me in the loop about what's happening in the office, it tracks birthdays and anniversaries, as well as allows coworkers to post their thoughts and ideas and photos. It reminds me of a social media platform that's targeted and personalized for the employees of an organizationWhat do you dislike about the product?I wouldn't say there is any downside to cooleaf as I've had nothing positive experiences with itWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It keeps all the employees connected, especially the employees who work remotely and are challenged with interactively engaging with in-office employees
Love It
What do you like best about the product?I love that our hard work can pay off from your peers. It gives everyone more incentive to help out and go the extra mile to do what is needed. I love being able to send points to others who have helped me!What do you dislike about the product?I really don't have a bad thing to say about Cooleaf.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I think it helps us to help not only on our team but others as well. It's great that we can recognize each other for the help with more than just a thank you.

What do you like best about the product?There's lots of features and its easy to use. I also like how you can earn points to use towards gifts.What do you dislike about the product?There's nothing i've come across so far that i dislike about Cooleaf.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Nothing at the moment
I love interacting with fellow employees that i wouldn't normally have communications with.
What do you like best about the product?It's a good way to get people to interact that wouldn't otherwise communictae with each other.What do you dislike about the product?No downsides really, other than having to make sure to sign into another app in order to be a part of it, and communicate.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?No problems to solve.
Easy to use and very rewarding
What do you like best about the product?I love the simple layout that makes everything easy to understand to easy to jump in and be apart of the teamWhat do you dislike about the product?I wish there were more customization options available like a simple dark mode or something similiarWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?They curretnly make it very easy to interact with my team. Even ones ive never met. it brings us all close together

What do you like best about the product?I think it's a great resoure for employees to engage. And I really enjoy the challengages.What do you dislike about the product?I don't have any dislikes, it's very user friendly.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It's helping me get to know other's in our company that you wouldn't normally engage with.
Easy way to recognize coworkers
What do you like best about the product?I like the variety with which you can redeem points. I also like that you can send either points or cards, however you prefer.What do you dislike about the product?Sometimes, figuring out what amounts of points are reuired for a specific type of reward is not as clear as I would like.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Coolleaf makes it easy to recognize others. Something that may not always be easy to do.
Engaging
What do you like best about the product?The point you can earn for different rewards. I love that the point do not expire. It's also user friendlyWhat do you dislike about the product?There isn't nothing I dislike about it however, I do wish other merchants could be added like Pandoa, Footlocker, Nike, etc.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It enourages employee engagement. This is really needed because majority of us are WFH and rarely see or enterct with each other.
Recognition so easy
What do you like best about the product?Able to send recognition to members across the organization and give them redeemable points to make it REALLY worthwhile. For instance if IT helped me quickly resolve a problem that would have caused me downtime, I can reward them. I can also award team members that are going above and beyond.What do you dislike about the product?When using for a large cooperation, there are many awards every day. If there was a way on the profile to filter that to what I choose to see, I would see those that have more meaning to me.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I do not have anything at this time
