Power BI enables me to understand complex data without having to spend hours digging through spreadsheets. It eliminates the problem of scattered, hard-to-read data by bringing it all together in one place and making it easy, visual dashboards. It is so much easier to spot trends, track performance, and make intelligent decisions quickly. It also saves me enormous time by running reports that I used to do myself, and as data is updated in real-time, I always have the latest information right there in front of me.

Is super easy to use. The program has a lot of implementation where I can see how I am trending, active student, what items are missing and just help you to stay on top of your work. I use this program everyday and number of feature that it has just make the job easier. I can see my student grades and how they are performing I can also how I am performing at the job and make the changes needed to get back on track. The program integrates really well with Canvas and SalesForce.

At the beginning of classes, once at month the program always crashes. Such as good program but it can't take heavy load of information at once that it just crash on you and you have to wait two to three day so it can get back on track.

It help with performance. I can see how I am doing as a sales rep and how my leads and student are doing as well. I can see the patterns and trend that helps shift and determinate what I am doing wrong in order to get back on track. The data tells a story and is my job to interpreted and make the necessary adjustment.

What I like best about Power BI is its user-friendly interface, wide data source support, and interactive visuals that make exploring data easy. it's very easy to implement and don't take much time and it's also fun to explore and play with.

What I dislike about Power BI is that complex DAX formulas can be tricky to learn, and sometimes performance slows down with large datasets or too many visuals on a single report.

the main problem its solving is that i have linked it with the sales navigator so it shows me how much of a work every team member is doing and because of which i can determine who to have a perfomance review on and vice versa
