With Desk365, you can reply to tickets, add notes, check on statuses, change ticket properties, all without ever leaving Microsoft Teams.

Desk365 is free for up to 5 agents. To get started please sign up for a Desk365 account at https://www.desk365.io. Once you sign up, you will be able to come back here and access your account from within Microsoft Teams.
