Accessibility Reminder is an add-in that provides a simple and effective method of notifying document authors and contributors to of accessibility issues. This solution adds reminder comments into documents with tips and links to help articles. This will help increase awareness and education of accessibility best practices.

The Accessibility Reminder is based on the principle of creating awareness while delivering real results. The goal is to create a sense of urgency around accessibility and create a sense of community and shared accountability.

Accessibility Reminder is personal and customizable. Custom comments and messages can be inserted into documents allowing users to remind their colleagues, add personalized links to training materials, or cite organization-specific guidelines relating to accessibility.
