Stable but at times confusing.
What do you like best about the product?Straightforward interface with a simple and minimalistic design. I love the features of the prospecting tool. Very easy to use and learn.What do you dislike about the product?Sometimes lacks in terms of user experience. Would like a feature to sort by the best performing places, products or industry. The top 25 performing feature is too broad to use.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps me keep track of all my clients. Centers prospecting and being able to schedule in an easy way.
In short it focuses all my work in to one place so i dont have to use other tools.

Simple and Clear
What do you like best about the product?That it is simple and clear, and easy to keep track of one's to-dos and conversations. It helps to have everything so easily accessible and organized, which I can truly say up-sales is.What do you dislike about the product?Sometimes it can be very slow, and all the steps become very drawn-out and time-consuming. It doesn't have the correct language set, so everything I write in Swedish gets red zigzag patterns under the text as if I had spelled it wrong, even though I haven't.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?They solve the administration of my calls automatically. They save me countless hours by having an easy system that keeps track of what I need to do, when I need to do it.
Great tool for multi-purpose use
What do you like best about the product?Easy to use, clean and minimalistic design, great customer support. Additionally it can be tailored and customised in a way that it's usefull for teams not strictly dealing with sales or marketing.What do you dislike about the product?The bulid-in guide is complicated to navigate and find needed answers. Customisation, such as e.g.adding new account, could be simpler. Some functionality is missing e.g. automatic reminders of not opened emails.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Dealing with database of customers coming from different sources. Communication with them as well.
