ZenCRM for Collaboration is the Microsoft Teams App that, connecting to a specific ZenCRM company account, offers ZenCRM users two different access points:

1) personal tab, in order to manage contacts stored in ZenCRM;

2) channel tab, where business opportunities can be shared among different users simultaneously on a specific Teams channel; in both cases ZenCRM users enjoy the benefit of working without any context-switching.

ZenCRM for Collaboration is aimed primarily at sales accounts/managers in need to share data among colleagues; through Microsoft Teams channels, salespeople will be able to streamline the day-to-day business process.

  • This app can access personal information on the active message, such as phone numbers, postal addresses, or URLs. The app may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
