Employees can interact conversationally with this digital assistant within Microsoft Teams to:
• View leave balances
• Get notified of absence approvals, and rejections
Any booked absences can be added automatically to an Outlook calendar, saving time, and allowing teams to stay focused in the flow of work.
Managers can interact conversationally with this digital assistant within Microsoft Teams to:
• Get notifications of pending approvals
• Process absence requests from their reportees
All booked absences of your team can be added automatically to the manager’s or a team Outlook calendar, giving managers time back to focus on what really matters, their people.
Getting started
• Azure Administrator subscribes to the Sage People, HR and Payroll via your Sage People account manager
• HR Administrator configures the Sage People, HR and Payroll application to ensure Managers have the correct authority level set
• All employees install the bot from the Microsoft Teams Store to begin this app.
You need to have an active Sage People or Sage HR account to use the app, this is an enterprise app and needs to be configured by your IT/Azure administrator
