Send speak-up reports to your employer anonymously and securely

You can use this app if your company is a Speeki customer. Please contact us at with any questions.

Start by entering the name of the company in the 'entity name' field you would like to speak with, and you will be redirected to the company's website. On the company page, you will find information about this program.

A report can be submitted either as a guest or via an account. If you do not have an account yet, you may click on 'Get Started' to create an account.


The differences of an account vs guest account

If you have an account, every report you submit will be associated with this account. When you log in to follow up on multiple reports, you will find it very convenient. To protect your privacy, your login ID (email address) is not shared with your company. You can make a report anonymously.

If you plan to use this service once and you do not want to create an account. Then, 'continue as guest' is the fastest way to report. However, if you want to follow up on a report, you will need to enter REPORT ID and REPORT PIN each time. When you have multiple reports to follow, you will find using a guest account is an inconvenience. We recommend you create an account before using the services.

When creating a report, you need to provide the country from which you are located, the type of incident you are reporting, and non-mandatory personal contact. **The contact information you provide here will be sent to your company.

Follow the flow and answer the chatbot's questions accordingly. Check your answers and add any evidence if necessary to complete your report.

As soon as you complete the report, you are ready to move on to the next page. If you previously logged in as a guest, you will need to enter a PIN and provide an email address to receive updates from the company. The email address you provide here is to receive information about report updates. The company will not know this email. When you are finished entering your PIN and email, proceed to the next page to complete the submission.

You can also check your report status or send any updated information by logging back into the application. For guest users, login with your REPORT ID and REPORT PIN. For account users, simply log in using your account email address and password, and you will see all the reports and updates.
