Depuis Outlook, accès direct aux données clients et aux documents GED de Cegid Expert.
Cette application s’adresse aux cabinets d’Expertise Comptable utilisateurs de l’offre « Cegid Expert ON DEMAND ».
Elle est basée sur les données de Cegid Gestion Interne et Cegid GED, et nécessite donc que ces modules soient utilisés pour profiter pleinement de l’application.
Elle permet, directement dans Outlook 365, en envoi/réception de mail et depuis un rdv de l’agenda :
- d’accéder aux données du dossier lié (infos générales, contacts, documents ged…),
- et de pouvoir faire un certain nombre d’actions :
- Consulter, puis prendre un document de la Ged Cegid Expert et le mettre en pièce jointe du mail en cours d’écriture,
- Ou inversement mettre en GED des pièces jointes d’un mail reçu,
- Ajouter un contact présent dans Cegid Expert en CC ou CCC d’un mail…
Pour utiliser cet add-in, vous devez disposer d’un compte Passeport et d’un accès à Cegid Expert On Demand.
