Turn your SharePoint Online forms into great-looking, multi-tab and multi-column custom forms in just a few minutes!

This app allows you to arrange fields in groups from list forms (New/Edit item) based on dynamic conditions.

Arrange your form fields in groups, configure how these groups will be displayed and set permissions for groups. You can also customize the layout of each tab separately.

Supported browsers:

IE (10 and above), FireFox (latest), Chrome (latest), Safari (latest).

IE9 or older versions are not supported.

Please note:

This SharePoint add-in works in conjunction with the "KWizCom Apps Foundation" add-in, which is only available from the provider.

This requires installation on your environment outside of the Microsoft Office Store processes due the level of required permissions.

A tenant administrator will need to deploy this specific add-in to the tenant manually, so that it can be installed to your environment.

When apps are installed outside of the Microsoft Office Store, they may bypass any, and all, safety and security checks provided by Microsoft.

If you have not done so already, it is recommended that you establish contact with KWizCom support at support@kwizcom.com before proceeding with installation.

Consider trying this add-in on a separate SharePoint Tenancy before installing it on your primary SharePoint site(s).
