HOW TO PRICE A SHIPMENT
- Create an account at www.loadsmart.com
- Ensure your spreadsheet has columns for equipment type (DRF or RFR, pickup (zip code), destination (zip code), and a pickup date
- In an empty cell, use the formula LSSIMPLEQUOTE(EquipmentType, Origin Zip, Pickup Date, Delivery Zip) to price your shipment
- Like the rate? Just click the cell which contains the price and the link for the Loadsmart website will appear in the side panel of the add-in
DEFINITIONS
- Equipment Type: DRV or RFR
- Pick-up and Delivery Times: 24-hour Clock (e.g. 14:00 or 09:00)
- Zip codes: Five Digits (e.g. 01970, 02779)
