The ER Tracker Outlook add-in offers a quick and easy way to attach notes to a case directly from Microsoft Outlook. The main function of the add-in is to search for a case, by employee, and then attach relevant correspondence to that case without needing to log into ER Tracker. The add-in incorporates the same line manager hierarchy structure and permissions which apply within ER Tracker so users will only be able to search for and view information that they are permitted to see.

Note: Your organisation must be licenced to use ER Tracker and you must have a valid user account to log in.

  • This app can access and modify personal information in the active message, such as the body, subject, sender, recipients, and attachment information. It may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
