This Teams App lets you talk to your website visitors in real-time.

Once you install this App or register an account on our homepage, you can connect the SignalZen account to Teams by following a simple wizard flow.

The setup will allow you to use many Teams based features:

You can see all available commands by typing "@SignalZen" in a Team where the SignalZen app is installed.

By installing this app and following the integration flow, you will start receiving chat sessions from your customers online. We support integration with your website by HTML/JavaScript code snippet or WordPress, Joomla, Drupal CMS. Also, SignalZen has Zapier integrations out of the box.
