SignalZen is a Customer Support solution that enables your team to talk to your website visitors by using Live Chat and reply emails directly from Microsoft Teams.

This Teams App lets you talk to your website visitors in real time and receive/send emails.

Once you install this App or register an account on our homepage, you can connect the SignalZen account to Teams by following a simple wizard flow.

The setup will allow you to use many Teams based features:

By installing this app and following the integration flow, you will start receiving chat sessions from your customers online. We support integration with your website by HTML/JavaScript code snippet or WordPress, Joomla, Drupal CMS. Also, SignalZen has Zapier integrations out of the box.
