Reach your colleagues on Microsoft Teams to resolve queries in Taskize.
Taskize enables your colleagues to remain on their platform of choice whilst still sharing one synchronised view of the issue and the progress toward resolution.
When an agent on Taskize needs help from a colleague who uses Microsoft Teams but is not a Taskize user, they invite that colleague’s business unit into a Taskize Bubble, and the conversation is posted to that business unit’s Teams channel. The conversation appears in a separate, dedicated card that contains all relevant information about the query in a structured workflow, separate from any other conversations in the same channel.
Messages are automatically exchanged back and forth while the conversation participants remain on different platforms. Updates to the Taskize Bubble are dynamically reflected in the Teams card, and vice versa, so all participants are kept up to date with the status of the query and there is one central version of the truth.
Finally, as the query is initiated in Taskize, all of the interactions are captured for Taskize auditing and reporting, allowing you to better understand your business and gather meaningful insights.
To use the Taskize app, your organisation must have an active Taskize account. If you don’t have an account, see How to register for Taskize.
